Our Vision
In 2025, the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield reached an incredible milestone, raising the support needed to launch and sustain our first two years of programming at our current Club site inside Lincoln Elementary School.
And now, with the continued support of our community, we’re working to take the next step forward.
Our vision is a permanent home, a 30,000-square-foot Club designed to serve up to 300 youth every day where they can learn, grow, and belong.
Located in the former JCPenney building near local schools, this space will remove transportation barriers and expand access for families across the community.
This isn't just a building.
It’s a long-term investment in Marshfield’s future.
Why This Matters Now?
Families Need Support
77% of local families with children have both parents working - far above the national average.
Affordability Matters
56%
of youth served last summer qualified for Free or Reduced-Priced Meals, paying just $10 to attend the BGC.
Teens Need Opportunity
Marshfield lacks dedicated spaces for teens to
grow and connect.
Access Shouldn’t Be an Issue
A central location removes transportation challenges
for families.
Club Core Features:
Teen Center
Providing teens and tweens with a space of their own, the Teen Center offers a safe and engaging environment where they can connect, learn, and grow.
Workforce Readiness & Garage

STEM Space & Art Rooms
Encouraging hands-on exploration, innovation, and creativity through science, technology, engineering, arts, and math activities.
Kitchen & Cafe
Providing healthy snacks and meals that ensure every youth has access to nutritious food each day.
Sports & Activity Space
Promoting health, fitness, and teamwork through structured sports, games, and open recreation.
Wellness & Care
Providing laundry facilities, showers, hygiene supplies, and extra clothing helps youth overcome obstacles and focus on learning and thriving.

Building Opportunity for Marshfield Youth
The Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield Capital Campaign is a community-wide effort to raise $7.6 million to build and launch a new Club for local youth.
Your support helps bring the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield to life, funding the facility, essential equipment, expanded programming, and the first two years of sustainable operations.
Every contribution creates safe, welcoming spaces where young people can learn, grow, and discover their potential through after-school programs that build skills, confidence, and connection.
Together, we are building more than a facility; we are building opportunity for Marshfield’s youth and families.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, we are making incredible progress toward opening our doors. With your help, we can cross the finish line and unlock a transformational $2 million matching gift that will help ensure a strong start for generations of young people.
Join us in making this vision a reality.
